Nigerian American Public Affairs Committee for Capacity Development Initiatives (NAPAC CDI) is proud to announce the appointment of a distinguished Board of Directors. Meet the Newly Appointed Board of Directors:


Attorney Ademola Okusanya

With a career spanning over twenty-three years, Attorney Ademola Okusanya has made significant contributions to the fields of Employment Law, Worker’s Compensation, Personal Injury, Premises Liability, and Medical Malpractice. His diverse background as a Financial Planner and Insurance Broker before entering law practice has equipped him with a unique perspective on financial and legal matters. Mr. Okusanya's extensive experience in the legal domain will be invaluable in guiding NAPAC CDI's legal affairs.


 

Dr. Soji Adelaja

Professor Dr. Soji Adelaja is the John A. Hannah Distinguished Professor and Director of the Land Policy Program at Michigan State University (MSU). Renowned for his work in land use policy, agricultural policy, and economic development, Dr. Adelaja brings a profound understanding of policy dynamics and economic growth strategies to the board. His international experience and strategic insights will be pivotal in shaping NAPAC CDI's development initiatives.



 

Attorney Sam Ogbogu


Attorney Sam Ogbogu is a seasoned legal professional with a focus on representing consumers, entities, and victims harmed by the actions of others. His commitment to justice and his dedication to clients, regardless of their size or influence, make him a valuable addition to the board. Mr. Ogbogu's expertise in legal matters will help NAPAC CDI navigate complex legal landscapes and ensure ethical governance.



 

Mrs. Lara Okunubi


Mrs. Lara Okunubi is a successful entrepreneur, philanthropist, and advocate for empowerment with over 20 years of experience in developing and operating programs to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities. Her leadership qualities and commitment to capacity building align perfectly with NAPAC CDI's mission. Mrs. Okunubi will provide invaluable guidance in promoting inclusivity and equal opportunities within the organization's initiatives.


 

Mr. Taye Doherty


Mr. Taiye Doherty is a highly experienced management and finance professional with a successful career in investment banking, portfolio management, and business development. His expertise in corporate finance and investment, combined with his leadership skills, will strengthen NAPAC CDI's financial strategies and partnerships. Mr. Doherty's contributions will be instrumental in ensuring sustainable growth.



 

Mr. Saheed Adeleye


Mr. Saheed Adeleye is a seasoned business strategist and executive with a background in various sectors, including telecommunications, real estate, manufacturing, government, entertainment, hospitality, and NGOs. His commitment to fostering engagement within African diaspora communities aligns with NAPAC CDI's goal of mobilizing the workforce of African heritage in the diaspora. Mr. Adeleye's extensive experience in diverse industries will aid in expanding NAPAC CDI's reach and impact.
